DE-044 (Additional Response Data) is defined as
LLLLVAR ansb..9999in ISO 8583:2023, with dataset0x71carrying display/receipt data and issuer telephone number.cmfv3.xmlwas using plainIFB_LLLLBINARY(opaque binary). Changed toDatasetPackagerto enable structured access to sub-fields.
