This repository contains the R code to reproduce the analyzes and simulations contained in the article Estimation of adherence to medication treatment in presence of censoring. A blurred version of the original data (blurred_OncoData) is provided in order to be able to run the analysis code (analysis.R). The original data was blurred using script data_blurring.R. Simulations can be reproduced using the sim_adh.R script.
