1.0 intentionally does not read pre-1.0 setting names (docs/mig-1.0.md). Falling back to defaults when page config is missing is enough.

legacyNamespart of #81. 1.0 intentionally stopped reading pre-1.0 setting names (docs/mig-1.0.md: anything left unchanged is silently ignored), and the client should follow the same rule. The fallback toextension.jsondefaults when page config is missing stays.make checkspasses. Should be merged before #82 (Release 1.1.1).
