waves ion-state power_inside_fast describes thermal rather than fast absorption #294

Description

@Simon-McIntosh

waves/coherent_wave/profiles_1d/ion/state/power_inside_fast is named for the
fast population, but its description says the absorbed power lands on the
thermal one:

Absorbed wave power on thermal species inside a flux surface (cumulative
volume integral of the absorbed power density)

The power_inside_thermal sibling carries that same sentence word for word, so
the two fields cannot be told apart from their documentation. The neighbouring
power_density_fast does describe absorption on the fast species, which
suggests the recipient word is what is wrong rather than the field name.

The unit W is right for a cumulative volume integral and needs no change.
Suggested wording:

Absorbed wave power on the fast particle population inside a flux surface
(cumulative volume integral of the absorbed power density)

power_inside_fast_n_phi carries the same thermal wording and needs the same
correction. Both are defined in schemas/waves/dd_waves.xsd.
