Add saturation power in the ntms IDS

In the NTM workflow of the PDS, co-MRE (the code for the Rutherford equation, which calculates the evolution of the mode) calculates the power needed to stabilise an island, also called 'saturation power'. We need a placeholder in the ntms IDS to store this quantity, which is then given to the NTM controller, which modifies its power request to the actuators (in this case the beams of the EC system) accordingly. Could you please add the saturation power to the ntms IDS?

At which level of the IDS should this quantity be placed ? Is it per mode, i.e. under time_slice/mode or is it a more global quantity ?
Should it be below time_slice/mode/detailed_evolution as well ?

It is per mode, because we need a specific amount of power to stabilize a specific mode (we can stabilize several modes at the same time if we aim beams at several locations in the plasma, with dedicated power).
