Enhance the Help & Support module UI and improve the documentation layout for better usability and consistency.

Changes

• getting started section fixed (primary)
• padding fixes across all 3 pages
• fixed loaders in docs page
• fixed icons and buttons from dark to primary
• added coming soon to other categories except getting started in index page
• disabled search bar and chat box
• improved docs page structure: using nested accordion layout

Expected Outcome
