## What Removes `.github/dependabot.yml`, disabling Dependabot for this repository. ## Why v1 (imPublic) is **maintenance-only** — dependency modernization is routed to involveMINT 2.0. On this Angular 12 / NestJS 7 / Node stack, Dependabot's PRs were dominated by **framework-incompatible major bumps** (e.g. `@angular/cdk` 12→22, `@angular/fire` 6→7, `ts-jest` 26→29, `swiper` 6→14) that cannot be applied without a full framework upgrade. Maintaining the Dependabot queue here is net-negative noise.
