2 Pull Handler fixes

• Pull Handler threw error but did not track it. #909
  • Pull Event Handler now catches exceptions thrown by OnPull(). Applies to all pull handlers.
• Removed production items reporting "Errored" deployments #907
  • IncrementalLoad now removes production items before removing classes.
  • More specific loading log messages.
• Misc white space linting
• Define status and exception variables.
