Reorganize DKMS patch files into per-kernel version directories (6.12, 6.17, 6.18), rename version-specific patch files to remove embedded kernel versions, and update dkms.conf PATCH[] entries to use the new relative paths. This is a cleanup-only refactor with no functional changes. The new layout improves consistency and simplifies future patch maintenance. Signed-off-by: Sodhi, Vunny <vunny.sodhi@intel.com>
