Add Grafana Alloy monitoring check
New Nagios check to monitor log backlog in Grafana Alloy's
loki.writecomponents.Calculates backlog by comparing encoded bytes (queued) vs sent bytes (shipped) and alerts when logs are piling up due to downstream issues.
Usage:
./check_alloy.py --warning 10485760 --critical 52428800 # Warning at 10 MB backlog, critical at 50 MB
