Broken layout and not working features

I tested the Ideastream plugin (with all other plugins deactivated) and the layout of the ideastream pages (archive page and single idea) got broken. Tags and ratings also don't work. My error log file at OVH shows:

Also the file mentioned below (.htaccess) doesn't exist:

Any idea why this happens? Thank you.
