Summary
Fixed dark mode blue colors (mostly on the home page for upcoming events) so the UI look consistent and better (as the old blue was ugly).

Testing Instructions
Open the website in dark mode.
Check the home page and make sure Popular Today and Upcoming Events use the same blue colors.
