@lowerends If you could make tests pass then I can merge this. There is one test failing after your change:

1) Ibericode\Vat\Bundle\Tests\Validator\Constraints\VatNumberExceptionValidatorTest::testViesExceptionValid
TypeError: Ibericode\Vat\Bundle\Validator\Constraints\VatNumber::__construct(): Argument #1 ($message) must be of type ?string, array given, called in /home/runner/work/vat-bundle/vat-bundle/tests/Validator/Constraints/VatNumberExceptionValidatorTest.php on line 26

You can confirm by running vendor/bin/phpunit locally.

@lowerends Just tagged 2.3.0. Sorry, needed to check a few things now that $options is dropped. Previously it could be used to override any of the defaults, so I had to modify the code to also allow overriding the checkExistence and violateOnException properties.
