Update to use Ammonia Injector or Plugin Playground

I think I forgot to say something awhile ago.

Ammonia Injector targets macOS ~13 to macOS 26.3.x

Plugin Playground Injector supports macOS 26.4 +.

please give it a go.. No need for custom frida injector. :)

Plugin Playground is getting support for nixpkgs (eventual merge) + nix-darwin (eventually) and Plugin Playground has implemented some custom AMFI/d and PAC bypass for reducing the need of arm64e preview abi flag requirements.
