Add hyperframes share for rendered video reviews. Creating a share requires an account and an explicit audience. Retrieving an existing link leaves local edits untouched. Use --update to render those edits and add a version. Status distinguishes a playable version from one still processing and can reconcile a previously completed upload.

Built on #7134. Validation covers account and workspace selection, quota and audience handling, upload recovery, and CLI output. Signed-in end-to-end verification is pending.
