Feature : capacity to "format" the written git config

An extra feature allowing to homogenize the layout / format of the written file would be nice.

Like :

• no multiple empty lines
• no blank line just after the beginning of a section
• etc.

This sounds like a good idea, but it should be optional and off by default. Otherwise this might break some use cases.
