…le data loaders. `ConcatDataLoader` wraps a sequence of `DataLoader` instances and concatenates their loaded chunks along a specified dimension (default `'sample'`) at `load_chunk` time, rather than concatenating full datasets eagerly at initialization. Also updates `XarrayConstantLatencyWrapper` to accept arbitrary `DataLoader` instances with a prepared `_ds` attribute. PiperOrigin-RevId: 991584776
