Cursor skills do not reliably appear in / when installed via npx plugins add on Windows. Recommend npx skills add -a cursor instead.

Tested on Windows 11 with Cursor.
npx plugins add --target cursorcompletes but installs to~/.cursor/extensions/and skills don't show in/.npx skills add -g -a cursor -y --skill "*"installs to~/.agents/skills/and skills appear after restart.Also documented the false-negative
Cursor was not detectedwarning (plugins CLI useswhich cursor, unavailable on Windows).
