docs(js): Document Prisma 8 support in prismaIntegration

Documents Prisma 8 support in prismaIntegration, available from SDK 11.1.0 (getsentry/sentry-javascript#24682).

• Add Prisma 8 to the supported versions on the common and Cloudflare Prisma pages
• Note that Prisma 8 spans come from channel injection, the span structure, and the unwrapped db.sql, db.raw, and groupBy calls
• Note that CommonJS apps on Node.js 20 only get pg query spans
• Scope the Prisma trace output link to Prisma 5 to 7

prisma__v8.x.mdx is intentionally unchanged: it documents SDK 8.x, not Prisma 8.

What changed

JavaScript Prisma integration pages now list Prisma 8 as supported from SDK 11.1.0.
The pages describe channel injection, span shape, and unwrapped query helpers.
Server JavaScript guides inherit the common Prisma page.
The Cloudflare guide ships its own Prisma page.
The change is live after sentry-docs deploys.

Risk

Broken MDX or a failed Alert can crash Prisma pages at render time.
Readers of Node, Cloudflare, and other server JavaScript Prisma pages would lose the page.
Other JavaScript integration pages share this MDX render path.

Intended effect

This change is documentation copy. Telemetry does not show the new Prisma 8 wording.
The live pages must show Prisma 8 after deploy. absent means the pages still list only 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x.
