What was wrong
Project mode only let users collapse projects and the pinned/personal sections one by one. With several expanded projects, the sidebar no longer provides a scannable project overview.
What changed
Added a single "Collapse all" / "Expand all" control in the built-in thread-list plugin's project mode. It uses the existing persisted collapsed-project and collapsed-section preferences, also available through the BB settings CLI and SDK. No wire or stored-data change.
How you verified
The focused mode test covers two projects and both built-in sections; all 10 tests pass.
pnpm exec turbo run typecheck --filter=bb-plugin-thread-list --output-logs=errors-onlypasses. The full suite was not run on macOS.
