Can't uninstall (Windows)

I have deleted the file repeatedly and it still says it's installed. I have uninstalled elden ring and that did not resolve the problem. How do I remove the program from my system entirely?

I can repro on Win10 using the 0.11.0 Windows installer (didn't test other versions). Uninstalling me3 from Windows Settings > Apps deletes the files under %LOCALAPPDATA%\garyttierney\me3, but does not remove me3 from the list of installed apps.

Same issue... Uninstall via the uninstaller included, it's stuck in my list of installed programs. Try to uninstall again, it says the uninstaller is missing. Reinstall it and then uninstall it via the list, it persists... And says the same when I try again via the installed programs list.

EDIT: I found a way!
You've got to open up the old-fashioned Control Panel, then hit the "Uninstall a program" list and uninstall it from there.
It'll give you an option to remove it from the list on the second go, as the thing is missing. Make sure to manually delete any remnants from %APPDATA% afterwards tho', leaving clutter sucks.
