Added 'deprecated' and 'removed' metadata for cfcol, cfformgroup, cfformitem, and cfsprydataset tags, indicating deprecation in ColdFusion 2016 and removal in 2025. Updated cfchart format parameter description to note 'flash' format removal in CF2025.
