Bump axios from
1.14.0to1.16.1. The newer version resolves several security vulnerabilities.Replaces PR #7097. The broad issues raised by @skomorokh and @zburke remain. Nonetheless, discussion among Security Group members concluded that this particular update was worth pursuing.
