Search functionality does not yet exist (we need to tag our model files) but when they're tagged, and the JS is written this is approx what the search will look like:

Looks awesome! Thanks for doing that. One thing, it is spelled iBioSim instead of IBioSym. I also would suggested to rename it to SBML anyway. The models are encode in SBML and can be used by many tools not just iBioSim.

@LukasBuecherl the navbar will have links to our tools' webpages. Those aren't how you filter by format. STAMINA takes PRISM models; we don't have our own format
