I don't think we should remove Daggerboard and Azara as some portions of the library could still be attributed to them. Probably they should be in "author" too, but not in maintainer.

It was once explained to me at $BIG_CORP that this situation would be okay either way because we are in effect re-licensing to ourselves and subsuming the copyright as a "new work" in the process. But IANAL so we should do whatever is the right combination of morally and legally acceptable.

Thanks for bringing this up. It seems like the safest approach from both moral and legal perspectives is to include the original copyright line in the license, so I'm going to do that.
