Basic_NGS_Pipes - CURRENTLY BEING MOVED TO Nextflow

Old set of functions writen in BASH and R

It takes in a Sample_Sheet tab separated with sample description and automatically select the pipeline to process the samples.

Individual piepes are executed using conda anvironment.
