Two DM screenshots on 2026-10-21 could not be ingested: the token has no files:read scope, so the download URL returns Slack's login page, and the jsonl format drops the files array entirely. The owner moved this up from the low-priority Phase 2.3 idea to "VERY SOON", ahead of Phase 2.0, with OCR deferred. Parked here until a /gameplan settles the open design questions.

Moves the shared-files idea (old Phase 2.3) up to right after Go public, per the owner's 2026-10-22 call, and widens it to attachments with images first. Roadmap only; no code. Needs a /gameplan before implementation. OCR deferred.
