The test-runner now runs the tests as a subprocess, instead of from the shell script and then reading files thereafter. More changes, cleaner JSON output.

As we tried to execute from /tmp/… it was noexec in docker and thus failing. Not sure why it was there before, but now we just use the output directory like everyone else.
