PreenFM2 incorrect settings loaded

Edisyn seems to load settings for all 4 instruments when requesting a patch, and then ends up showing the values for #4. Changing values on the synth for #1 corrects that (though even then, some things like LFO waveforms seem to have an offset). Firmware is 2.21b

I suspect the PreenFM2 has changed how it does dumps. IIRC a long time ago it used to be the case that if you sent out a request on channel X, the instrument listening in on channel X would respond. Maybe now everything is responding, which is why we're seeing this problem.

I have made a slight modification to the PreenFM2's NRPN parsing such that it will only update itself if the incoming NRPN message is on the same channel as Edisyn's current output channel. This should fix the problem, but I'm not sure? I have no way to test it as I no longer have a PreenFM2.
