sBitx Disassembly
Follow these steps to safely disassemble your sBitx case when accessing the SD card.
Remove the two screws circled in red and loosen the two screws circled in blue on the top of the sBitx case.
Remove the two screws circled in red and loosen the two screws circled in blue on the bottom of the sBitx case.
Gently pry apart the top and bottom sections of the case. Be careful not to apply excessive force.
Once separated, carefully rest the top section on its speaker to prevent damage.
Carefully remove the SD card from its slot.
- Work on a static-free, stable, and flat surface to prevent damage.
- You may need to support the upright screen area to ensure it does not tip over.
- Store the removed screws in a secure place to avoid losing them.
- If reassembling, reverse these steps in order.
