This is a temporary measure to resolve a backlog

The celery machines have 8 cores, so wanted to leave a few free from being consumed by these processes entirely, but 5 should be aggressive enough to get through this backlog in a few hours. |

Should have merged before, but since it is still open I updated this to just add 1 process on each machine for this queue. Hopefully that helps avoid backlogs in the future but we will see. |

Easy enough to revert if this is too large of an increase, but the queue is already significantly backed up so need to make a relatively significant increase here.
