Add definitions of data files for testing indexing routines from two more datasets. Beta lactamase (c2sum tutorial dataset) is a well diffracting sample and ins14_24 is a commissioning insulin dataset which is poor quality/noise and representative of an unsuccessful collection. Reflection data files are HDF5 format.
