What is push-sentinel?
push-sentinel is a zero-dependency Node.js CLI that installs as a
pre-pushgit hook and scans commits for secrets before they're pushed to GitHub.It detects AWS keys, GitHub tokens, private keys, OpenAI/Anthropic API keys, and generic high-entropy secrets. Free and open source (MIT).
