Update emoji to Unicode 17

Hello. I'd like to update from unicode 16 to unicode 17.

• I compared the current emoji.txt to unicode 17.
  Then I updated it.

• The previous emoji.txt was saved to data8.txt.

• Also, I increased the version kSetVersion and kCacheVersion (to match was changed in this commit update to unicode 16).

I don't know if this is the correct of doing this, I just thought it could be an opportunity to contribute.

Let me know if there's anything I can do for us to have this update. Feel free to change or make any suggestions. Thanks.

To update we need not only the new correct file (which should reflect how iOS suggests emoji in its keyboard), but also we need all four supported emoji sets to be published with all emoji from the new file (Apple, Google, Joypixels, Twemoji). Then I generate the graphics and then we can update.
