Add deductiv organization profile README

The .github repo had only a two-word placeholder README with no useful content. GitHub uses profile/README.md to render an organization's public profile page.

Changes

• profile/README.md — new org profile covering:

  • Mission statement (Splunk tooling to solve real operational pain points)
  • Each of the 5 projects with a plain-English description and explicit Solves: callout
  • Collaboration section inviting issues, PRs, and partnership outreach
  • Use-case reference table mapping pain points → projects

• README.md — updated from placeholder to a brief description pointing to profile/README.md
