Ruff 0.16.2 introduces new markdown formatting rules, particularly for list alignment and spacing. This commit updates the ruff dependency and reformats affected markdown files (mainly AGENTS.md and README.md) to comply with the new formatting standards. All linting and type checks pass with the updated rules. Signed-off-by: Casper Nielsen <casper@diagrid.io>

Replaces #1194, whose
lintjob fails on ruff 0.16.2.Ruff 0.16 also formats Python code blocks inside Markdown files, so
ruff formatnow rewrites the examples in the repo's AGENTS.md, README and docs pages. This PR bumps ruff to 0.16.2 and commits that reformat, solintpasses. Only formatting changes in those code blocks, mostly comment spacing and quote style. The
validate (3.13)failure on #1194 is unrelated:tests/integration/test_pubsub.pyfailed there with an AttributeError in a pubsub integration test, not in the formatting this PR touches.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
