Fuel Consumption graph label

Following on from #212 could the title of the graph at /vehicles/1 have the type of Fuel Consumption (km/L, MPG etc) be added to it so we know what's being measured? And have a label added to the Y-axis? Actuallly it's probably just the Y-axis label that's needed, no need for anything added to the title.

Good idea — done on dev. The consumption chart's Y axis now shows your chosen unit (km/L, MPG, etc.), and the fuel price chart got the same treatment for consistency. I also double-checked the km/L values behind the graph are calculated correctly, so once the label's visible you can trust what it says. It'll be in the next release.
