Next release
Adds a wait period after the environment shell is provisioned to give the endpoint for the platform application package installation a chance to become available. Also adds retries for the installation. Adds the so far missing WaitForCompletion parameter. Makes the environment shell provisioning idempotent. If the platform application package installation fails, the command can be called again. It will detect the existing environment shell and proceed directly with another attempt at the platform application package installation. As part of the changes, the 3 main parts of the function (provision environment shell, install platform application package and provision the D365FO application) were refactored into three new helper functions. #121
