So this also deletes the OCP mirroring part. How do we handle that now? This should probably be moved the RHEL/CS part of be made an independent entry for the packages that we still need to mirror.

Hmm, so since we can drop to rhel-9 lets update c9s packaging to reflect this and then we can drop it here.
