Introduce RebbleAsrService and RebbleAsrTranscription plus STTRouter to dispatch between Cactus and Rebble ASR. Add voice config to BootConfig, new Rebble STT modes, and adjust CactusTranscriptionService to ignore Rebble modes. Wire services into watchModule and update UI imports.
