Populate two new repeated fields on the Workload message — matching_subject_exchange_policy_ids and matching_actor_exchange_policy_ids — so callers can see which exchange policies would accept a given workload as subject or actor without cross-referencing policies manually. The fake workload client derives each workload's identity (granted SPIFFE IDs for Kubernetes pods, or the IAM/workload-identity ARN for Lambda and AgentCore workloads) and matches it against exchange policy subject/actor rules, including glob matchers.
