[AppVersionCheck.tsx] now uses the freshly fetched module bank for both timetable and planner sync.
[functions.ts] now always overwrites stored module snapshots from the current bank, not only missing ones.
[index.ts]and [timetable.ts] rehydrate timetable modules from the fresh bank.
