Removes the withdrawn KubeStellar program entries (three projects) from the 2026 Term 2 (June–August) LFX Mentorship README, including both the Table of Contents references and the corresponding project body section. After this change, the README transitions directly from KubeSlice to KubeVela.
Changes:
- Removed the KubeStellar entry and its three sub-project links from the Table of Contents.
- Removed the KubeStellar section containing the three AI-driven Console projects from the Accepted Projects body.
