This PR aims to add features for version control into TXAdmin.
The version control would most likely work via git submodules, as I have previously used that for my server(s) and it worked smoothly. Aswell as it probably being the most straightforward solution to code.
As this PR is still a draft, more information will be added once it nears the actual merging/review state
