This is a simple PR that totally removes all occurrences of the
PARIS_GALACTIC_TESTcompile-time configuration flag. This simplifies certain sections of the code.I left all code conditionally compiled by the
PARIS_TESTconfiguration flag in-tact, but all code behind that flag is broken (it was already broken before this PR). I'm happy to delete that too, but won't do so until given the go-ahead
