latest conda release does not have EarthCARE readers, and has wrong version number

The latest release on conda-forge (1.7.9) does not include the EarthCARE readers #44 and has the wrong internal version number (cis.__version__ displays "1.7.8"). A re-release or new version (1.7.10) is requested to resolve these issues
