Defer the `Message` parser API to our new `sameplace` crate. Sources which are now part of `sameplace` are removed. `sameold` continues to export the entire `sameplace` API for ease-of-use. Crate features are also passed through: the `chrono` feature is retained and passed down to `sameplace`.
