The Boxel loader resolves modules by URL and does not alias
@cardstack/base/* to the base realm, so specs using that form
failed to index. Switch adoptsFrom and ref.module in
Spec/fields/*.json (and the matching test) to the URL form
used elsewhere in the repo.
