Added collapsing regions

Just allows for some small quality of life as these get expanded.

This isn't a bad idea but I need to double check the awesome list guidelines to see if they have any issue with minimized categories.

Ok, I did some looking around. There is no rule in the awesome guidelines that explicitly says you can't have collapsible regions from what I saw. But there might be some issues with replacing a header like ## Data Manipulation with <a id="data-manipulation"></a>. It breaks GitHub's outline:

Would you mind trying to change this:

To this:

And see if that preserves the outline? Worth also checking against the linter, although there are some false-positives in there.

The other minor thought is if you link a specific section of the list, it doesn't automatically expand. So if you link https://github.com/bytecauldron/awesome-gamemaker#data-manipulation, you would always have to click to expand the section. I wish anchor links would just auto-expand that header when clicked but, doesn't seem like it does.
