Organisers could only edit ticket types in Desk. A new Tickets section in the event sidebar lists each ticket type with its price and seats sold, and opens in place to edit the name, price, seats, stop-selling date and whether it shows on the booking page. Adds, edits and deletes save together through get_event_ticket_types / save_event_ticket_types, restricted to team members with write access. A price can no longer change once tickets are sold, and a ticket type with sales cannot be deleted.

Adds a Tickets page to the event sidebar to add, edit, hide and delete ticket types (name, INR price, seats, stop-selling date) in one save. Price is locked after the first sale; a ticket type with sales can't be deleted.
